Good to Know Before You Book

Are animal interactions guaranteed?

Animal participation may vary depending on animal behavior, comfort, safety, and daily conditions. Our team always prioritizes the well being of our animals while creating meaningful experiences for guests.

Can I take photos?

Yes! Guests are welcome to capture their own memories throughout the experience.

When does the VIP Experience start?

There are two departures every day, at 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Plan on about three hours with your guide.

How many guests can join?

Up to 6 guests per private group, ages 6 and up. Larger groups can ask us about private airboat tours or a custom group experience.

Is admission to the farm included?

Yes. Your VIP Experience includes general admission to the park and all shows, so you can stay and explore after your private tour.

Do I need a reservation?

Reservations are recommended for the VIP Experience. Book online to reserve your preferred time slot.
