Everything you need before you head out: hours, how long to budget, show times, directions, and what to know when you arrive. We’re open every day from 9 AM to 5:30 PM and closed only on December 25.
We’re open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, including weekends and holidays, and closed only on December 25. Mornings are typically cooler and less crowded, and arriving early gives you time to catch multiple shows.
Most guests spend about two to three hours with us, which is enough time to enjoy the airboat ride, watch the alligator shows and feeding demonstrations, and explore all the animal exhibits and walking trails. To experience everything, we recommend arriving before 3:00 PM.
Online tickets are not a reservation for a specific time. When you arrive and check in at the front desk, our team will provide your airboat ride and show schedule based on availability.
Both live shows are included with admission. Airboat rides and show times are scheduled when you check in and are subject to change based on availability.
About 20 to 25 minutes on the water, including a slow ride portion and a high speed portion with 360° spins. Headsets are provided free of charge when boarding.
Watch hundreds of alligators gather for their meal while our team explains how these powerful reptiles hunt and survive in the wild.
An educational handling demonstration, and at the end of the show guests have the opportunity to hold a baby alligator for a memorable photo.
There are no dry seats on the boat, and splashes are part of the adventure. We recommend comfortable clothes that can get wet. Sunglasses and hats are optional, and sunscreen is highly recommended.
We welcome all ages on the airboat, but the boats are loud and some small children may be sensitive to the noise. Headsets are provided free of charge, and life vests are provided for children 5 and under.
For safety reasons, food and drinks are not allowed on the airboat. We have a food truck on site, and beverages are available in the gift shop every day.
Yes! Feel free to bring cameras or phones, but keep them secured, as the boat can be wet and bumpy. Everglades Alligator Farm is not responsible for any damage to equipment.
Airboat rides are subject to weather conditions. For lightning or unsafe conditions, rides may be delayed, rescheduled, or partially refunded. Our team closely monitors the weather to ensure guest safety.
Pets are not allowed on the airboat rides. Service animals are welcome at the farm, and we strongly encourage you not to take them on the airboats. Service animals may also be restricted from certain animal encounter areas.
Our facility is partially wheelchair accessible. Due to the natural terrain of our property, some areas such as the nature trail may be more challenging for certain wheelchairs because of uneven rock pathways.
Wheelchairs cannot go on the airboat; however, our team is happy to provide boarding assistance to help guests enjoy the experience as comfortably as possible. Please let a staff member know if assistance is needed, and we will be glad to help.
