Book This EncounterIMPORTANT: General admission and airboat rides are NOT included with this experience. A separate general admission ticket is REQUIRED to enter Everglades Alligator Farm and participate in the Capybara Encounter.

Yes — the Capybara Encounter doesn't include park entry. A separate general admission ticket is required to enter Everglades Alligator Farm and join your encounter.
The encounter is designed for ages 6 and up. Guests under 18 should be accompanied by a participating adult.
You'll feed our capybaras their favorite greens, learn about their unique behaviors from a keeper, and gently interact with them — always at the animals' pace.
Absolutely — photos are encouraged. Our team is happy to snap a few of you with the capybaras during your visit.
